Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return before sending the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and final sale:

• Made-to-order items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
