Thank you for shopping with Blessed by Lilith. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped with attention to quality and detail.

Processing Times

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and select countries within Europe. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Blessed by Lilith is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated timelines for custom orders will be discussed individually during the design process.
